These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your use of the JCI Poznań website jcipoznan.pl operated by Stowarzyszenie JCI Poznań, os. Przyjaźni 4/177, 61-685 Poznań, NIP: 9721324482, KRS: 0000951043, REGON: 521145258 (“us”, “we”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Membership Fee Rules:

  1. Membership Fees: By becoming a member of JCI Poznań, you agree to pay the required membership fees as outlined by the association. These fees contribute to supporting the chapter’s activities, projects, and events.
  2. Payment Terms: Membership fees can be paid annually or on a monthly basis, as per your preference. Payment can be made via bank transfer or through our secure online payment gateway, Przelewy24.
  3. Annual Payment: For annual payments, the membership fee is due by the specified date. Non-payment may result in loss of access to member benefits and events.
  4. Monthly Payment: For monthly payments, the membership fee will be deducted automatically from your chosen payment method on the designated date.
  5. Fee Changes: JCI Poznań reserves the right to modify the membership fees at its sole discretion. Any changes will be communicated to members in advance.
  6. Cancelation: You may cancel your memberships at any gicen moment. To do this press ‘cancel membership’ button on homescreen of our payment system.
  7. Refund: As you may cancel memebership at any time, no refunds are provded.
  8. Payment Methods: You can choose to pay your membership fee via bank transfer or through our secure online payment gateway, Przelewy24. It is your responsibility to ensure accurate payment details are provided.

The content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of JCI Poznań and protected by international copyright laws.
