JCI Poznań is a community for people aged 18–40 who learn by leading real projects, organising events and taking responsibility with people from Poznań and around the world.

A place to try things bigger than your everyday role
At work, you rarely get a safe first opportunity to lead a team, build a budget, speak in public or take responsibility for an event. At JCI, you do it for real with people who are also learning through action.
We do not promise an automatic promotion, clients or success. We create the conditions: relationships, projects, responsibility and an international perspective. The result depends on what you do with them.
