JCI Poznań Mastermind
JCI Poznań Mastermind
Bring a real challenge. Leave with a fresh perspective and your own next step.
Mastermind is a regular facilitated conversation in a small group. Participants share experience, help one another see a challenge from several angles and return to commitments made at previous sessions.

A structure that helps you think more clearly
Each session has a facilitator and an agreed process. A participant brings a real business or professional challenge, explains the context and receives questions and perspectives from the group.
The group does not decide for you or guarantee an outcome. Its role is to help you see assumptions, risks and possibilities, and identify an action that you choose yourself.
- a structured, facilitated conversation,
- diverse participant experience,
- concrete challenges instead of general discussion,
- accountability at the following session.

Who it is for
You will gain most if you are ready to be specific and listen carefully
This format suits people who
- are working on a real challenge or goal,
- are open to questions and different perspectives,
- can respect confidentiality,
- want accountability for their commitments,
- share experience without imposing a ready-made answer.
This is not
- a sales group or referral exchange,
- individual coaching or therapy,
- a place where others decide for you,
- a one-off lecture without participant involvement.

Cost and access
The programme is part of the membership experience
Regular participation is free for JCI Poznań members. A person considering membership may apply for a trial session. Places are limited because a small group is essential for a good conversation.
How often do meetings take place?
Usually once a month. The programme team confirms the current date and venue.
What happens during a session?
A facilitator guides the group through challenges, questions, perspectives and commitments based on real participant situations.
Can I bring a guest?
The group is closed to protect confidentiality and trust. A candidate may apply for a trial session through the form.
What if I miss a meeting?
Regularity matters to the group dynamic. An occasional absence is possible when the facilitator is informed in advance.
